Reuseable water balloons ( we only use them at lake and river beaches, and the pool; I’d be cautious about using them where waves could wash them away): https://www.amazon.com/Reusable-Balloons-Latex-Free-Self-Sealing-Activities/dp/B0B4G8GYXG
- ritu—omg we literally just got these a few weeks ago - they’re so fun!
- rachel—@ritu no way! seriously the best. :)
- JackieR—Just used these at a pool party too - loved them!
- nicholep—Sadly learned that in a battle with these balloons and rosebushes… The rosebushes win.

Baggie for collecting seashells or other treasures.
Ziplocks works great, or I love this waterproof pouch.

A giant, virtually indestructible tote that can hold all the things! I love the LL Bean Boat and Tote. Also, it says it’s “spot clean only” which is normally a deal breaker for me but I’ve washed mine in the kitchen sink with a whole bunch of soap and water after spilling caramel sauce all over the inside, and it was totally fine. I’ve read online about people who have machine washed it and apparently it survives that fine too (but no dryer - folks seem pretty unanimous about that) https://www.llbean.com/llb/shop/33381?page=boat-and-tote-bag-open-top
